What is Hellerwork?
Hellerwork Structural Integration (Hellerwork) is a system of bodywork that uses hands on touch, somatic dialogue, and movement to release restrictions in the fascial matrix of the body. Release of restrictions allows the inherent alignment of muscles and bones to return and the structural integrity (reduced pain, improved range of motion, experience of presence and safety) of your body to reveal itself when aligned with gravity.

What is fascia?
Fascia is the system of connective tissues that encompasses bones, muscles, organs and nerves in a web-like matrix that determines the form of these structures within the body and their relationships to each other. The fascial system includes nerves that cause the whole system to tighten in response to stress, change with emotional experiences, and form to repetitive patterns of movement.
